To increase the efficiency of the recruitment processes, the client simplified the selection stages as much as possible, leaving only a technical interview.
We found the perfect candidate in our database: he had an impressive professional background, including experience with large international IT companies. On top of that, he was keen to move and available to start at short notice. The client made a job offer, and the collaboration began productively.
Since the candidate had many questions about the legal side of relocating to Montenegro (tax system, work permits, etc.), the client stayed in close contact with him. However, providing specific answers was challenging at times. The client was just setting up their office, and building legal processes from scratch meant they were figuring things out alongside the candidate.
Nevertheless, the company was interested in working with the candidate and ensured maximum transparency throughout the process. If finding the answer to any of the candidate’s requests took time, the client would clarify the information and return to the specialist with an answer.
